Idea Cellular Ltd has informed that pursuant to the stabilization period under the stabilization agreement coming to end on April 05, 2007, the green shoe agent under the Initial Public Offering has exercised the option and accordingly the IPO Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 05, 2007 has allotted 4,25,00,000 equity shares of the face value of Rs 10/- each at a price of Rs 75/- per equity share to the stabilization agent JM Morgan Stanley Pvt Ltd.
