NIIT Ltd has informed that the Share Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 11, 2007, has allotted 4,440 equity shares of Rs 10/- each to various employees of the Company in accordance with the terms of ESOP 2005.

Wipro Ltd has informed that Administrative Committee of the Companys Board of Directors vide their circular resolution effective July 11, 2007, has resolved the following:

HDFC - - Allotment Of Equity Shares

Housing Development Finance Corporation Ltd (HDFC) has informed that the Allotment Committee of Directors of the Corporation on July 11, 2007, has approved the allotment of 1,52,50,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each for cash at a price of Rs 1730 per share to CMP Asia Ltd, subject to a lock-in of 18 months from the date of allotment in terms of the special resolution passed by the shareholders at the 30th Annual General Meeting of the Company held on June 27, 2007.
