Acrysil To Allot Equity Share Warrants

The board meeting of Acrysil will be held on 08 December 2007 to consider the allotment of equity share warrants and approval of warrants certificate and to file corporate action to National Security Depository (NSDL).

HCL Technologies - Allotment Of Equity Shares Under ESOP

HCL Technologies Ltd has informed that the Employees Stock Option Allotment Committee of the Company on November 29, 2007 has allotted 33,700 Equity Shares of Rs 2/- each, under the 1999 & 2000 Stock Option Plans (ESOP) of the Company. Consequent to the said allotment the paid-up share capital of the Company has gone up to 66,38,08,824 equity shares of Rs 2/- each aggregating to Rs 132,76,17,648/-.

Gujarat NRE Coke Allots Equity Shares

The committee of Gujarat NRE Coke has issued and allotted 19,09,845 equity shares of Rs 10 each at a premium of Rs 38.04 per share pursuant to conversion notices received from the holders of FCCBs.

These shares were allotted at the committee meeting held on 26 November 2007.

Vinati Organics Allots Equity Shares

The board of Vinati Organics has allotted 3291500 equity shares of Rs 10 each of the company as bonus shares in the ratio of 1:2 to the shareholders holding shares on the record date 23 November 2007 as fixed by the board.

Himatsingka Seide - Allotment Of Equity Shares On Conversion Of Warrants

Post this conversion, there are 55,44,000 warrants outstanding.

The paid up capital of the Company stands at Rs 48,84,45,800/- comprising of 97689160 equity shares of Rs 5/- each.

NIIT - Allotment Of Equity Shares Under ESOP

NIIT Ltd has informed that the Share Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 28, 2007, has allotted 750 equity shares of Rs 2/- each to employees of the Company in accordance with the terms of ESOP 2005.

Zenotech Laboratories Allots Equity Shares

The committee have approved the allotment of and allotted fully paid preference shares of Rs 1 each to Laxmi Jain (4500000 preference shares), Sushma Jain (5000000 preference shares) and Rina Jain ( 5500000 preference shares).

These shares were allotted at the committee meeting held on 26 November 2007.
