HDFC - Allotment Of Equity Shares Under ESOS

Housing Development Finance Corporation Ltd (HDFC) has informed that the Corporation on January 17, 2007, has allotted 2,20,431 equity shares of Rs 10/- each under its Employees Stock Option Schemes (ESOS).
