Aftek - Allotment Of Equity Shares On Conversion Of FCCBs

Aftek Ltd has informed that the Committee of Directors for allotment of shares on conversion of FCCBs on February 06, 2007, has allotted 5,79,454 numbers of equity shares by converting 100 numbers of 1% Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds Due 2010. After the said conversion, the paid-up share capital of the Company stands increased from Rs 17,33,40,850 to Rs 17,44,99,758.
