Aurobindo Pharma Equity Shareholders To Approve Scheme Of Arrangement

Aurobindo Pharma Ltd has informed that pursuant to the order made by the High Court of Judicature of Andhra Pradesh, at Hyderabad, a meeting of the Equity Shareholders of the Company will be held on February 20, 2007, for the purpose of considering, and if thought fit, approving with or without modification(s), the arrangement embodied in the Scheme of Arrangement proposed to be made between the Company and APL Life Sciences Ltd and Senor Organics Pvt Ltd.
