Bharti Airtel - Allotment Of Equity Shares Upon Conversion Of FCCBs

Bharti Airtel Ltd has informed that pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Offering Circular dated May 12, 2004 the Committee of Directors of the Board of the Company, in its meeting held on February 07, 2007, has issued 65385 Fully Paid up Equity Shares of the Company upon conversion of USD 350000 FCCBs.With the allotment of the above shares the equity share capital of the Company has increased from present level of 1895780547 to 1895845932 Equity shares of Rs 10/- each.
