Dabur Pharma Ltd has informed that the Share Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 05, 2007, has allotted 126376 equity Shares of the Company pursuant to exercise of vested Employees Stock Option by 50 employees applicants under ESOP 2004.
