Goldiam International - Allotment Of Shares On Conversion Of Warrants

Goldiam International Ltd has informed that one of the allottees, Shri. Kunal Vora, who has been allotted 50,000 warrants, has made the full payment for the shares and the Meeting of the Share Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company held on February 17, 2007, has allotted 50,000 equity shares of the Company to Shri. Kunal Vora, converting the Warrants issued to him as per the approval referred to above.
