HDFC Bank - Allotment Of Equity Shares Under ESOS

HDFC Bank Ltd has informed that the Investor Grievance (Share) Committee of the Bank at its meeting held on February 12, 2007 has approved allotment of 4,18,200 equity shares to the employees of the Bank under the Employees Stock Option Scheme (ESOS).
