Matrix Laboratories - Allotment Of Equity Shares Under ESOP

Matrix Laboratories Ltd has informed that the Compensation Committee of the Board on February 17, 2007, by circulation, has allotted 63,175 Equity Shares of Rs 2/- each under ESOP-2004 Scheme. Consequent to the above allotment, the paid-up share capital of the Company has increased to Rs 30,80,58,770/-.
