Mphasis - Allotment Of Equity Shares

Mphasis Ltd has informed that Mr. Jeroen Tas, Vice Chairman of the Company, has been allotted 75,000 equity shares of the Company on conversion of his stock options under the Employees Stock Option Scheme, ESOP 2003 Program B.
