Dabur Pharma Ltd has informed that the Share Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 29, 2007, has allotted 291086 equity Shares of the Company pursuant to exercise of vested Employees Stock Option by 68 employees applicants under ESOP 2004.
