Dr Reddys - Allotment Of Equity Shares Under ESOP

Dr Reddys Laboratories Ltd has informed that pursuant to Dr. Reddys Employees Stock Option Scheme, 2002, the Compensation Committee of the Company has allotted 11,836 equity shares of Rs 5 each of the Company on March 20, 2007, to Employees who have exercised their Stock Options.
