Geometric Software Solutions Company Ltd has informed that the Allotment Committee of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held March 29, 2007, has allotted 4,69,055 Equity shares on the exercise of vested stock options under ESOP Directors Scheme 2000, ESOP Scheme 2001 and ESOP Scheme 2003.
