HDFC - Allotment Of Equity Shares Under ESOS

StockHousing Development Finance Corporation Ltd (HDFC) has informed that the Corporation on March 15, 2007, has allotted 2,97,309 equity shares of Rs 10 each under its Employees Option Scheme (ESOS).
