Hindustan Lever Ltd has informed that the Committee of the Board, at its meeting held on March 06, 2007 has allotted 9,480 Equity Shares of Re 1/- each under ESOP.Therefore, the paid-up capital of the Company has increased to 220,67,85,577 shares.
