NIIT - Allotment 0f Equity Shares Under ESOP

NIIT Ltd has informed that the Share Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company on March 15, 2007, has allotted 15,200 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each to the employees of the Company in accordance with the terms of ESOP 2005.
