Jubilant Organosys - Allotment Of Share & Grant Of Stock Options

Jubilant Organosys Ltd has informed that the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 27, 2007, has made allotment of 1,470 equity shares of Re 1/- each at a price of Rs 201.33 per share, pursuant to exercise of 294 option earlier granted under the Jubilant Employees Stock Option Plan 2005.
