Merger Of ING Vysya Equity With ING Vysya Select Stocks Fund

ING Vysya Mutual Fund has announced the merger of ING Vysya Equity with ING Vysya Select Stocks Fund with effect from 19th May, 2007. After the merger, the asset allocation and investment objective of ING Vysya Select Stocks would remain the same. The investors of ING Vysya Equity Fund have been provided with an option to exit out from the scheme at the prevalent NAV, without any exit load between April 19, 2007 and May 18, 2007.
