Shriram Transport - Allotment Of Shares Under ESOP

Shriram Transport Finance Company Ltd has informed that the Allotment Committee of the Company at its meeting held on March 30, 2007 has allotted 18,700 equity shares to 17 employees on exercise of the options by the employees under STFC ESOP Scheme 2005.
