Suven Life Sciences - Allotment Of Bonus Shares

Suven Life Sciences Ltd has informed that the Share Transfer Committee of Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 06, 2007 has issued and allotted 5,76,33,250 equity shares of Re 1/- each in the ratio of (1:1) one equity share for every one equity share held by the members of the Company as per the Register of Members as on the Record Date.
