UTI Bank - Allotment Of Equity Shares Under ESOP

UTI Bank Ltd has informed that the Committee of Directors (CoD) of the Bank on April 18, 2007 has made the allotment of 39,185 equity shares of Rs 10/- each to the employees of the Bank, under ESOP.The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly get increased to 28,16,69,972 equity shares from 28,16,30,787 equity shares.
