Garware Offshore Services Ltd has informed that the Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors on May 11, 2007, has allotted 3,11,100 fully paid up Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each upon conversion of Warrants, allotted in the 2nd Preferential Allotment of the Company to the Promoters and Non-Promoters.
