Hindustan Lever - Allotment Of Equity Shares Under ESOS

Hindustan Lever Ltd has informed that the Committee of the Board, at its meeting held on May 28, 2007 has allotted 53,440 Equity Shares of Re 1/- each under ESOP.Therefore, the paid-up capital of the Company has increased to 220,69,15,324 shares.
