Lok Housing - Allotment Of Equity Shares
Lok Housing & Constructions Ltd has informed that the Subscribers of the Convertible Warrants have exercised their option to convert their 16,40,000 Warrants into Equity Shares.The Allotment Committee of the Company have allotted 16,40,000 Equity Shares to Warrant Holders on May 29, 2007.
