NCL Industries - Allotment Of Equity Shares

NCL Industries Ltd has informed that the Committee of Directors at its meeting held on May 16, 2007, allotted 2381250 equity shares of Rs 10/- each to the shareholders of NCL Energy Ltd in the ratio of one equity share of Rs 10/- each for six equity shares of Rs 10/- each held in NCL Energy Ltd in terms of the Scheme of Amalgamation under Sec 391 and 394 of the Companies Act 1956 approved by the shareholders and sanctioned by the Honble High Court of Andhra Pradesh.
