Shriram Transport - Allotment Of Equity Shares Under ESOP

Shriram Transport Finance Company Ltd has informed that the Allotment Committee of the Company at its meeting held on April 27, 2007 has allotted 16000 equity shares to 17 employees on exercise of the options by the employees under STFC ESOP Scheme 2005.
