UTI Bank - Allotment Of Equity Shares Under ESOP

UTI Bank Ltd has informed that the Committee of Directors (CoD) of the Bank on May 16, 2007, has made the allotment of 9,80,205 equity shares of Rs 10/- each to the employees of the Bank, under ESOP.The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly get increased to 28,26,49,779 equity shares from 28,16,69,574 equity shares.
