Hindustan Lever - Allotment of equity shares under ESOP
Hindustan Lever Ltd has informed that the Committee of the Board, at its meeting held on June 12, 2007 has allotted 44,955 Equity Shares of Re 1/- each under ESOP.Therefore, the paid-up capital of the Company has increased to 220,69,60,279 shares.
