Nirma - Allotment Of New Equity Shares

Nirma Ltd has informed that the Committee of Directors of the Company, at its Meeting held on June 26, 2007, has allotted 372914 new equity shares of Rs 5/- each of the Company to the shareholders of Core Healthcare Ltd pursuant to the Scheme of Arrangement, as approved by the Honble High Court vide its Order dated March 01, 2007.
