Wipro - Allotment of equity shares

Wipro Ltd has informed that Administrative Committee of the Companys Board of Directors vide their circular resolution effective June 13, 2007, resolved to issue and allot 3000 equity shares of Rs 2/- each pursuant to exercise of stock options by eligible employees under Wipro Employee Stock Options Plan i.e. WESOP 2000.
