Gujarat State Petronet - Allotment Of Equity Shares Under ESOP

Gujarat State Petronet Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company, pursuant to the resolution passed by the circulation dated June 29, 2007, has approved allotment of 101060 equity shares of Rs 10/- each under the Employees Stock Option Plan 2005 (ESOP) 2005) of the Company.Consequently, the paid up Share Capital of the Company has increased from Rs 542,80,34,550 to Rs 542,90,45,180.
