Jindal Stainless - Allotment Of Equity Shares

Jindal Stainless Ltd has informed that on July 27, 2007, the Company has allotted 10,94,917 equity shares of Rs 2/- each upon conversion of 600 - 0.50% Convertible Bonds Due 2009 of USD 30,00,000. Consequent upon conversion of convertible bonds, the paid up equity share capital of the Company has increased from Rs 28,09,27,924/- to Rs 28,31,17,758/- divided into 14,15,58,879 equity shares of Rs 2/- each.
