Jubilant Organosys - Allotment Of Shares & Grant Of Stock Options

Jubilant Organosys Ltd has informed that the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 16, 2007, has allotted 7,375 equity shares of Re 1/- each at a price of Rs 201.33 per share, has been made pursuant to exercise of 1475 options earlier granted under the Jubilant Employees Stock Option Plan 2005.Further 22,273 Options have been granted to eligible employees of the Company on July 16, 2007 in accordance with Jubilant Employees Stock Option Plan, 2005. Each option shall entitle the holder to subscribe to 5 equity shares of Re 1 each at a price of Rs 309 per share.
