Satyam Computer Services Ltd has informed that the Compensation Committee of the Directors of the Company allotted 8253 equity shares through circular resolution on July 12, 2007, approved on July 13, 2007 under stock option plans of the Company.
Consequent to the above allotment, the paid up share capital of the Company has gone up from 667826505 equity shares of Rs 2/- each aggregating Rs 1,335,653,010.00 to 667834758 equity shares of Rs 2/- each aggregating Rs 1,335,669,516.00.
