Shriram Transport - Allotment Of Shares Under ESOP

Shriram Transport Finance Company Ltd has informed that the Allotment Committee of the Company at its meeting held on June 30, 2007 has allotted 19500 equity shares to 22 employees on exercise of the options by the employees under STFC ESOP Scheme 2005.
