Suzlon Energy - Allotment Of Equity Shares Under ESOP

Suzlon Energy Ltd has informed that the ESOP - 2005 Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 09, 2007, has allotted 2,10,100 shares of Rs 10/- each to the option grantees, pursuant to exercise of the options granted to the eligible employees of the Company and its Subsidiary Companies under the Employee Stock Options Plans - 2005.
