Wipro - Allotment Of Equity Shares

Wipro Ltd has informed that Administrative Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company vide their Circular resolution effective July 23, 2007 has resolved to issue and allot 12400 equity shares of Rs 2/- each pursuant to exercise of the stock options by the eligible employees under the Wipro Employee Stock Options Plan i.e.. WESOP 2000.
