Dabur India - Allotment of Equity Shares

Dabur India Ltd has informed that the Remuneration cum Compensation Committee of the Board at its meeting held on August 10, 2007, has made the allotment of 1,08,027 fully paid up Equity Shares of Re 1 each for cash at par to the employees of the Company upon exercise of 1,08,027 stock options vested in them in terms of Employees Stock Option Scheme of the Company.
