Hindustan Unilever Ltd has informed that the Committee of the Board, at its meeting held on August 24, 2007 has allotted 2,26,020 Equity Shares of Re 1/- each under ESOP.
Therefore, the paid-up capital of the Company has increased to 220,73,21,299 shares.
