Kotak Mahindra Bank - Allotment of Equity Shares Under ESOP

Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd has informed that the ESOP Allotment Committee of the Bank at its meeting held on August 10, 2007, has allotted 79,656 equity shares of Rs 10/- each, pursuant to exercise of Stock Options granted under the Kotak Mahindra Equity Options Plan 2002-03 and Kotak Mahindra Equity Option Scheme 2005 as under:

ESOP Plan Series 2002-03/06 : 55,686 equity shares

ESOP Scheme Series 2005/01 : 22,170 equity shares

ESOP Scheme Series 2005/03 : 1,800 equity shares
