Punj Lloyd - Allotment Of Equity Shares

Punj Lloyd Ltd has informed that the Company has on August 21, 2007, allotted 2,96,00,000 Equity Shares of Rs 2 each for cash at a price of Rs 275 per Equity Share (including a premium of Rs 273 per Equity Share) aggregating to Rs 8,140 million, through a Qualified Institutional Placement pursuant to a Placement Document dated August 17, 2007 under provisions of Chapter XIII-A of the SEBI (DIP) Guidelines, 2000.
