Wipro - Allotment Of Equity Shares

Wipro Ltd has informed that Administrative Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company vide their Circular resolution effective August 02, 2007 has resolved to issue and allot 5400 equity shares of Rs 2/- each pursuant to exercise of the stock options by the eligible employees under the Wipro Employee Stock Options Plan i.e.. WESOP 2000.
