HCL Technologies - Allotment Of Equity Shares Under ESOP

HCL Technologies Ltd has informed that the Employees Stock Option Allotment Committee of the Company on September 24, 2007, has allotted 60,488 Equity Shares of Rs 2/- each, under the 1999, 2000 & 2004 Stock Option Plans of the Company. Consequent to the said allotment the paid-up share capital of the Company has gone up to 66,37,75,124 equity shares of Rs 2/- each aggregating to Rs 132,75,50,248/-.
