Kotak Mahindra Bank - Allotment Of Equity Shares Under ESOP

Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd has informed that the ESOP Allotment Committee of the Bank at its meeting held on September 17, 2007, has allotted 10,205 equity shares of Rs 10/- each, pursuant to exercise of Stock Options granted under the Kotak Mahindra Equity Option Plan 2002-03 and Equity Option Scheme 2005 as under:
- ESOP Plan 2002-03/06: 2,475 equity shares
- ESOP Scheme Series 2005/01: 7,730 equity shares
