Monnet Ispat - Allotment Of Equity Shares Upon Conversion Of FCCBs

Monnet Ispat Ltd has informed that the Company has increased the paid-up equity share capital by making an allotment of 553041 equity shares upon conversion of 600 FCCBs due 2010.
