NIIT Technologies - Allotment Of Bonus Shares

NIIT Technologies Ltd has informed that the Bonus Share Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 03, 2007, has allotted 19,559,465 bonus equity shares of Rs 10/- each to the members of the Company holding shares as on Record date i.e. August 31, 2007, in the ratio 1:2 i.e. one additional equity share for every two equity shares held in the Company.
