Saksoft - Allotment Of Shares Under ESOP

Saksoft Ltd has informed that the Compensation committee at its meeting held on September 27, 2007 has allotted 1000 equity shares of Saksoft Employees Welfare Trust to the eligible employees of the Company, who have chosen to exercise their options under Employee Stock Option Plan (ESOP), 2006. The details of employees to whom shares are allotted are given below:

1. V Jayakumar: 500 Shares allotted.

2. Ramkumar Elangovan: 500 Shares allotted.
