Geometric Software Solutions Company Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 19, 2007, has allotted 44,135 (Forty Four Thousand One Hundred Thirty Five Only) Equity shares on the exercise of vested stock options under ESOP Scheme 2001 and ESOP Scheme 2003.
